Octowaltz: Heart of Joy

The octopus is a remarkable animal. It has a decentralized nervous system, allowing each arm to be controlled independently. But what if it had a central nervous system, controlling all arms at once?

With the Heart of Joy, BMW launched its new, groundbreaking central control unit. We translated it into a poetic spot about an extraordinary performer: a hyper-realistic CGI octopus, waltzing across the ocean floor.
